My favorite trails:
Allen Parkway is a great walking, running and riding trail. If you have a dog they have a great dog park.
White Oak Trail is great, you can start in downtown and safely travel to the heights. Which is a great place to have a mid-ride/walk/run snack.
Memorial Park, who doesn't love this classic trail. 5K loop with bathrooms, Smoothie King and stretch station.
Terry Hersey Park, great LONG trail. One can start at Beltway 8 and travel all the way to Highway 6. Shade trees can be found along the way. For you mountain bikers you can pick up the Ant Hills for some single track fun, There are some BMX jumps hidden within.
